I am having trouble resetting my password. What is my username?

You can use the "Forgot your password?" function to reset your password. You will be asked to enter your username or email address. Your username is exactly the same as the email address that you used to register you for the course.

If you are a student from Western Governors University (WGU), please include "@my.wgu.edu" when you are typing in your username/email address.

For example, if your WGU email address is "student123@wgu.edu", then you will use "student123@my.wgu.edu" (without the quotation marks) to log in to our website, and to reset your password.

If you are a student from one of our partner universities, please check to see if your college email address was used to register you for the course.
